About
Contact the Elderly helps relieve loneliness amongst isolated elderly people by creating small groups of drivers and hosts who organise outings for tea one Sunday afternoon a month at a host's home. This free service brings companionship to around 2000 elderly people who live alone with little support.
There is a group in Wigan, anyone wanting to find out more or is interested in volunteering, then please contact Jenny on the above number.
